Group 1. Objective 1. Develop or adopt transformative health policies that respond to the ongoing environmental and social changes and economic development


Group 2. Objective 2. Comprehensive implementation of the health programmes through strengthening of existing practices and introducing innovative programmes suited to the region

Group 3. Objective 3. Strengthen and dynamically transform the core components of the health system to be responsive to the changing and developing health needs of the population (health information systems, resources, leadership and management)


Group 4. Objective 4. Strengthen existing systems and introduce integrated service delivery at all levels (organize the services effectively from community and primary health care unit to referral hospitals)

Group 5. Objective 5. Develop special regional health programmes to pursue on prevention of unmet health needs or elimination of certain health problems or conditions or social risk factors that are feasible and within reach of the regional capacity
